In Tui Na there are many different hand techniques we use to do the treatment, many are quite professional and are only to be used in clinic, but there are many that we can share with you that you can use on the daily basis without too much training, which will give you great benefits for different parts of your body, one of the techniques is Rou Fa.
How to use Rou Fa:
Interlock your fingers, begin by rotating your wrists in a circular motion, which is a good wrist exercise in itself. Once you’re there, we use this technique on the knees, and so take your knee, put your hands on top of the knee, and rotate, you can squeeze as hard as you like because it’s your knee, and what it does is encourages the good movement of blood and energy through the knee, this exercise is particularly good for knee pain.
