Stretch of the Month – The Wall Sit

This month we have Margo, with a brand new stretch! We call this one ‘The wall Sit’.

  1. Place your feet firmly on the ground, shoulder width apart slightly away from the wall.
  2. Either slide your back down the wall or use your hands to move yourself down, stop when you’re at a 90 degree angle
  3. Hold!
  4. To get back up again, push through your feet and lean against the wall.

This stretch is great for the quads, glutes, calves and core! A great all rounder for the lower body.
