This month we have Margo, with a brand new stretch! We call this one ‘The wall Sit’.
- Place your feet firmly on the ground, shoulder width apart slightly away from the wall.
- Either slide your back down the wall or use your hands to move yourself down, stop when you’re at a 90 degree angle
- Hold!
- To get back up again, push through your feet and lean against the wall.
This stretch is great for the quads, glutes, calves and core! A great all rounder for the lower body.
