Adrian’s back this month with a brand-new stretch, this time for the lower back.
We’re going to start lying down, in the supine position, on our back facing upwards. Start by bringing your knees to your chest, one by one and hold them there with your arms. You’ll start to feel relief in the lumbar spine, and we’re just going to hold that there, it’s as simple as that! Whilst your in this stretch remember to take nice deep breaths, hold this for at least 60 seconds, up to two minutes.
