Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation can sometimes be referred to as an Acupuncture Facelift, however, it’s much more than a cosmetic procedure. The needles are specifically placed for the individual needs of the patient and designed to help to move blood, energy and stagnation so that the ‘whole’ body can not only look but also feel younger.
The Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation treatment is still based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and involves the insertion of small thin needles into particular areas of the face, ears, neck and legs, along channels or meridians of energy called Qi (pronounced chee).

The first treatment can ‘wake up the face’, but it’s most effective as a course of treatments. Generally, a course consists of 6 to12 sessions, no more than 2 weeks apart. The effects will become most noticeable and long-lasting around the sixth treatment, especially if the treatments are done on a weekly basis. Each person will respond differently, depending on his or her condition and lifestyle prior to and during the series of treatments and each treatment is tailor-made for each patient’s individual needs and concerns.
