We’d like to invite our patients to take part in our upcoming 8-week student programme, where you can sign up for a course of discounted Tuina treatments that will cost you just £15 per session!

As part of the ‘Tuina Therapy Certificate Program’ at Touch Tuina, students in the Program are required to perform a certain number of massage sessions in the Clinic to gain valuable experience. These sessions will be based on the skills the students will have at that particular point of their training.

How does it work?

Each of the 8 sessions will last 50 minutes, plus 10 minutes of valuable feedback, and will be with the same practitioner. Initially, you’ll be asked to complete a Patient Record Form, and your student therapist will review your health history. You’ll then have the opportunity to receive a general maintenance massage (prone, supine or seated). This treatment will be for general maintenance, relaxation or rehabilitation.

All 8 appointments must be booked in advance, by calling the Touch Tuina centre on 020 36232952 or 07961 149294, Monday – Saturday, 10:00am – 6:00pm. Session days and times will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 11:00am – 4:00pm, with specific times being subject to the availability of the student.

How much does it cost?

The total cost of the 8 clinic treatments will be just £120, with all treatments being based on consecutive weekly bookings, and the full fee will be payable at the time of your first booking. Please note that if you are late for your allocated appointment, you will receive a shorter session. If you miss one of your sessions for any reason, you won’t be entitled to any refunds or credit.

There are a limited number of clinic days for our students, and their ability to complete their course requirements depends on clients showing up as scheduled. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we’ll ask that you give us 24 hours advance notice.

Any restrictions?

You must be at least 18 years old of age to receive student treatment on the Clinic. We would also like to bring to your attention that there are certain conditions, like prolapse, hernia and severe pain, which cannot be treated by students within this program. For these and other more advanced issues, you will need to book a standard appointment with one of our senior clinic practitioners.
